Challenge #109

This weeks Diva Challenge was fun - I love wrapping things around parallel lines - particularly threads around needles and have done this a few times (check out my gallery if you want to see some examples).

For my challenge piece I went along a similar route, keeping it simple, and less freeform using straight lines between the parallel bars. Hopefully I might get a bit of time to play around with patterns going over the bars, too.

The wrapping of string to dowel is just right! I love your mind! Is the heat still hanging on? I hope you have had a reprieve, we have, why spring is here....I am holding my breath to see if it stays and then I will have to worry about summer heat!

Wonderful Helen! I did one around bamboo - of course nothing like this masterpiece :)

Thanks, LeeAnn! We have finally had a bit of cooler weather - and may actually get some rain over the weekend! I think we'll get a bit more warm weather but the worst of it is over. Lucky you being able to enjoy Spring - such a fabulous time in the garden :) I love it!
